Absolutely blown away by Public Urban Taqueria. The owner is incredibly friendly, passionate, and clearly takes pride in both the food and the experience. The menu is refreshingly creative, and the quality of ingredients is genuinely top-tier — you can taste the difference in every bite. Both the chicken and beef are halal, and the flavors are spot on.
Been there many times with no issues at all. Today though there was a small mix-up with my order where I received chicken instead of beef, but the owner handled it perfectly. He made it right immediately, all with a smile, and even let me keep the corrected order — now that’s how you do customer service.
The weekly specials are a must-try — unique, well-crafted, and definitely worth checking out. This spot is a gem, and I’ll be coming back regularly.
These guys are great! They handled our big group without notice. Had us taken care of in probably 45 minutes everyone was eating. Suggested
The people here are just marvelous. I love this place. Food is first rate. Love the fresh avocados.
Nice place for an inexpensive quick bite.
Food was great and the service was better.
The nacho and taco were a perfect combination! You can enjoy delicious Mexican food culture in this restaurant! The staff were also nice and kind!
California Burrito was the BEST burrito I have ever tasted! The Carne Asada was extremely flavorful, not tough at all. The rice was great and fluffy, too.
Portions get smaller, price goes up, but most importantly quality goes down.
loved the tacos & guacamole. very nice hostess. lots of outdoor dining.
Kid-friendliness: kid friendly food. outdoor dining spacious.
Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessible entrance. & accessible dinning area.

If you enjoy greasy taco spots this place is for you. I normally don't write a review if it's bad but the super carnitas quesadilla was so greasy I couldn't eat it.

I would recommend the vegetarian burrito for vegetarians. The ingredients used are fresh. I have been eating here at least twice a month or more as its close to my office. The service is also pretty quick.

The burritos here are really great. Good carnitas and the Marco pollo salad is good too. Super friendly staff.

Food is pretty tasteless. If you’re looking for spicy or flavorful Mexican, I’d look elsewhere.

Worst Nachos I ever had. First I asked for no sour cream and they covered the nachos with it. I asked for extra guacamole and they charged me for it but I got maybe a tablespoon of it. They must have microwaved it to long cuz most the cheese was burnt and stuck to the cardboard and the few chips I got were ALL so soggy that I had to eat the whole thing with a fork and knife. This is the very worst place I ever ate. Yuck!!
