I only go here because there are no other options in the area. It's super expensive because they monopolize this area. The drinks are mid and nothing special.
Very good boba, passion fruit qq was great and lots of lychee and boba toppings. Flavor was really nice and reminded of the classic boba shops back in the day.
The girl who was at the register on May 23rd at 7pm was so kind and helpful when I was choosing between drinks. She had amazing customer service and a positive attitude. The tea was a little over steeped, but I can look past it because the customer service was so fantastic!!
Brings back memories... I loved this place. Quick and easy milk tea and snacks.. The service time is a bit slow but they always seem packed.
The food and drinks here are so good especially the chicken. They give a lot of chicken and it’s enough for one person. But sometimes the waiting time is a bit long.
Must say the chicken here is really tender and delicious, I was very surprised.
I don't rate chicken wings very highly but the nuggets here are really delicious. Soft, juicy and flavorful.
The price here is affordable but the shop is a bit small.
Will come back.
The staff are nice, they have a wide variety of drinks and snacks. The only thing I’d complain about is the taste of the drink is inconsistent. I ordered the same drink but the sweetness and the strong level of tea were different each time.
This place is pretty good ! They have a wide range of food options that are yummy and some nice drinks. Unfortunately they seem to be another place that uses powder for their drinks and I doubt they make their boba in house, but it tastes good nonetheless!
Love the Tea. The place would benefit from an upgrade but it’s not bad at all
yum! good chicken, good boba!!

Their drinks are amazing. Boba is USUALLY pretty good and chewy. Definitely recommend their grass jelly toppings. Generally recommend their ice milk drinks.
Garlic fries were amazing! Their fries taste fresh. Fried perfectly and crisp. Perfectly seasoned, plus they use fresh chopped garlic. Their dipping sauce also works well with the garlic fries.
The tobango wings was definitely the best wings I have ever tasted. Way better than Gordon Ramsay’s chicken wings, or all the other dry wings that wingstop has on the menu. The sauce is sweet, savory, and acidic.. Their fried chicken wings are crispy, and incredibly juicy and tender. Their sauce is definitely something special!
Overall not a bad standby choice, but only because there's nothing more special in the area. I keep going because I think I'll have a different experience, but I don't. Not a huge fan of the taste of their drinks, and they take forever. I'll order ahead and the estimated pickup is 20 minutes later, which is fine. But sometimes I'm still waiting 5-10 minutes after that, which is less fine. I loved the Purple Kow next to Berkeley campus way back when, but this one's just a little disappointing in comparison.
The boba isn’t great and the light fixtures are caked with dust.
Updating the review because they recently switched out the lights. The new lights are clean, and I appreciate a business that listens to feedback.
I have been going here for 5 or 6 years and it's not as good as it used to be. I don't think they place is EVER cleaned either. There is 3/4" of grey dust on every light fixture, sign, and door jam. This alone was a giod reason to find and new spot and the last 3 times they have not had the almond milk tea. I understand menus change but if you don't carry it anymore please remove it from your menu. It's poor business to have people show up and then being like oh sorry would you like something else, and you'll need to wait why we make. When you do get boba it is tasty and plenty of it, just really concerned about the sanitation.
