I've been here three times and I don't even live in San Francisco. Solid, Korean food, good portions, tasty, healthful. I love Hotspot on a cold day, and there are plenty of those in SF.

At best, it’s extremely mediocre and expensive Korean food. They are very stingy with the food so their portions are small despite the how expensive it is, especially the side dishes. Go anywhere else for Korean food.

The best Korean food I have had. The dumplings were juicy and soft. I also tried the tofu stew which was delicious. Even the sides that they provide taste so good. Sad that I’m only visiting SF, would definitely come back here.

They close their kitchen at 9 but they close at 930…..
Said the banchan was vegetarian. Had fish cake. Doubting if the kimchi stew is actually vegetarian now. Unlikely.
I ordered Fried Rice (Kimchi Iron Works with Spicy Pork). It was sooo good I finished every small piece of it 😅
