I thought the shrimp was great and I also like the ambience. The dinner is right at the harbor and if you come back from Alcatraz hungry you can fortify yourself here.
The chicken burger was also great.

Fish and chips were a little on the greasy side but the bignets were very good, and so was the oyster poor boys. The frozen cocktail machine was broken so we didn't get try their special drinks.

It was super expensive for what we got, ordered fish and chips and cali mare..3 pieces of fish that we're tiny, calimare looked and tasted frozen and reheated. We were served crumbs for $100,i figured food would be amazing and fresh, this close to the dam ocean. Service was horrible and rude.. I wasn't the only customer in that day, that was extremely disappointed..save yourself the trouble and eat elsewhere.

Hostess literally yelled “NEXT” when no one else was in line behind me. She seemed absolutely sick of this place and service. Maybe not have her be the face of the business??!!

A little pricey but it is water front property so I get it. The ordering process was strange. Food was good though. Host didn’t seem super eager to help us. Our order came out wrong but our server quickly fixed it.

We were blown away by the staff here; so friendly. The food was great, well priced for the wharf, and we were taken care of quite well. Big recommend.

Queen's Louisiana Po'Boys Cafe was closed contrary to posted hours during a time of high foot traffic on a warm Saturday even. Very disappointed, as I travelled all across town to try it out.

$18 for “chicken tenders” picture can speak for itself. Quarter of the amount of chicken tenders from a cheaper better place tenders were skinny and bland. The fires were wet and flavorless. Also a mixed drink is $17.

The food is also good, but the waitress who welcomed us was absolutely grumpy and listless... go get another job if you are not able to have relationships with people! Furthermore, there is only one bathroom for both men and women, and seeing the way they prepare the dishes I think they don't even know what hygiene is: with their hands they dried the sweat and touched everything then took the food and they plated it up for you (always with the same hands, unwashed and undisinfected): I wouldn't go back!

Sticky tables, pre-packaged crap mocah, fish & chips made of moist cardboard, gamer-neck seating. Wouldn't go again

The girl behind the counter taking orders was very rude, unfriendly, and was rushing everyone. When asking a question to her it was an inconvenience for her to even answer.

The food was okay but nothing to rave about.

As someone that visits Louisiana frequently, they need to take the name Louisiana off the sign. It is an insult to the food and hospitality of Louisiana for this place to even be compared.

Ran here quickly before our Alcatraz tour for breakfast to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The food was really good (although they did forget my bacon, but the croissant made it okay) however the person at the service counter was very rude. Seemed annoyed that we were there, took forever for making our coffees (but I will say the coffee was good) and wasn't really talking to anyone. The people who came after us ordered shots, and she set them down in front of my husband and i. When they asked if the shots were theirs she just looked at them and walked away. We told the couple they probably were and jsut handed it to them. The people making and bringing the food were kind. It was just the lady at the register who made our coffees. Wish I caught her name.

Cashier was useless. Could not speak up, acted annoyed, blew off other guests, and had headphones in. She needs to be fired
