I visited Quickly yesterday evening and ordered a milkshake. I have a severe peanut allergy, and upon drinking my order, I immediately noticed it tasted like peanut butter. This suggests the blenders are not properly cleaned between uses, posing a serious risk to individuals with allergies.

When we asked if there was peanut butter in the Oreo shake, the staff responded by saying, “We can recreate it,” despite knowing it had peanut traces. My friend, who also tried the drink, confirmed it tasted like Reese’s. This is incredibly alarming and demonstrates a lack of transparency and care for customer safety.

To make matters worse, when my friend informed the employees that I was having an allergic reaction and asked for water, their response was incredibly slow. Peanut allergies are severe and can be life-threatening, and this lack of urgency in addressing a medical emergency is unacceptable.

This experience was terrifying and reflects a serious disregard for proper food safety and customer care. I strongly urge management to implement better cleaning practices, training, and allergy protocols to ensure no one else is put at risk.

I ordered popcorn chicken and two iced teas, with only one person ahead of me. Despite the minimal crowd, I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my order. For a place called 'Quickly,' the service was anything but quick

Easy and fast to order! Their Watermelon Slushy does not taste like the actual fruit like other tea places. It tastes extremely artificial.

Love this Quickly, both for the staff and the good drinks at late hours. Once, I placed my regular order and forgot to add my favorite topping, and the guy asked if I wanted egg pudding in my drink as usual. I was pleasantly surprised that he remembered; really made me feel like a valued customer. Would recommend this Quickly.

so i just got boba here and this place never fails but this time it has i always go here but today 1/14/24 i was drinking my boba and at the end inside my boba was a dead fly next time please do better also i have been here more that 200+ times

This review is for lack of hygiene in food prep. First time in the shop today. After I placed an order for tea, the staff (or owner) continued talking to his “tenant” over the phone at the cash register for a good 8 minutes. After he hangs up the phone, I could tell he forgot about my order. Finally, when he remembers, he scratches his head and then proceeds to prepare it without washing his hands or putting on food gloves.

Never stepping into this shop again.

As I got into the last half of the bowl I find a strand of hair and then look again to see a small ball of hair. My hair is magenta not black so I know it’s not my hair. When I contacted them they all said “okay we’ll do better next time”.

It is Quickly, but unlike other franchise Quickly places. This one opens till midnight, have ton of drinks, have 4 sizes of cup, also lots of toppings and snacks. I don't think there is a need for picture. It might get crowded late because it's the only boba opens late near here.Honestly comparing to other boba places in the area, the tea flavor is not that strong. But with that same price you can buy a huge super cup with 3 or 4 toppings and it still tastes good, that's a deal for me.Overalls, open late, not expensive, sometime I drink twice or thrice a week.
