R Bar offers well-priced drinks and a chill atmosphere with friendly staff and regulars. The decor is typical of a dive bar, with decent seating and a parklet for busy days. They have a small arcade and allow outside food. The bottomless mimosa options are basic, but the service is attentive and considerate, making for a pleasant experience. Kenny and Roy provided excellent service for a birthday celebration, showing rare attentiveness. Overall, a good spot to relax and enjoy drinks with friends.
