Leila, the owner, was one of the nicest people I met in Mission. Not only her, but the people were so inviting. I can't recommend this enough for anyone who wants a lively night during the weekends, or a fun, calm, musical night for the weeknight evenings to destress and get your mind off things. The artwork is incredible, all hand made, by a local sculpturer and painter. You can stare at the walls for hours if you wanted to. There's games and sometimes even a movie...
Radio habana is one of my favorite places in the mission. Every once in awhile the have a great djs playing vinyl records with an amazing taste of music. If you are in the are you should pop by and try the food and enjoy the music!
I don't even know where to start with writing a review on Radio Habana. We popped in by pure coincidence and maybe a wink of time telling us to chill out and try something completely different. If you decide to give this place a try, leave everything you expect from a restaurant at home and just go with the flow. This place is funky, unique, special, different and kinda grows on you.
