Good food. I wish there was a little more broth, and I'm not a fan of thin noodles (personally), though the noodles were still good. You can add extra broth/noodles/toppings for +$5/ea. I like the location it's at, because it's right by the Embarcedero BART, making it a good option for lunch before the Pier.

Overall the food was good, however I felt the ramens could have a better broth. The service was also not upto the mark. We came during the evening and it was quite empty but still the service felt lazy and in between it felt like they forgot about us. However, the servers were very friendly and helpful to help us find vegetarian options.

Loved my experience! The chili crisp I asked for on the side was SO good, and tied everything together. Without the crisp it was good too, but with the chili crisp it was a phenomenal bowl of ramen. I ordered the top selling one with the lotus root as an image.

Great ramen and chicken karaage! The mango cream soda was a nice add on!

Good stop for dinner. Recommend the skewers. The ramen bowl was good. The Cha-Shu is very good.

It’s rare to find a ramen spot with multiple chicken broth options, and this place delivers! The ramen was flavorful and satisfying

The ramen was spectacular. The broth was very rich and flavorful. The pork was very tender. The cucumbers with fermented salt was too salty for me but it did say salt as the main flavor. The house dumplings were excellent and the dipping sauce was nice. The set up is a little weird with multiple levels and the bathroom in the basement. Other than that the service was great.

Place is very nice and welcoming. Server was very friendly and nice. Food was subpar. I had the Hiroshi Ramen and it was so thick I had to add water. it basically was a gravy. Not good. Also had the cucumber salad, tasty but way too salty.

Probs the best ramen I’ve had. Very creamy and brothy in a good way. I had the spicy ground pork ramen with extra eggs and no shrooms.
