the service was great, they only had 3 tables including ours in the restaurant and they forgot to put in our appetizers. I'm not sure if they didn't have the items. or simply forgot. Because we got our entrees first. one of my team members ordered the tri-tip sandwich & they didn't have the right break as listed on their menu. my Santa Maria tri-tip was cold.
This restaurant was recommended by a friend. I'm glad I went for my last lunch of my San Francisco week-long business trip. I went there for the BBQ and wasn't disappointed. Only regret was that I couldn't finish my plate, but that wasn't because of the food. It was delicious (had the brisket and rib plate)! The menu has a lot of other options if you don't feel like a meatfest. The staff was helpful too. Would love to go back next time I'm in town.
We arrived before our reservation. Waited at the bar for a while until they brought us to our table. No one told us we could order from the app, so we waited for menus. Then we needed to wait for the waitress to answer questions about the menu. Main course came out before the appetizers. In fact, the appetizers were not even put into the system! They had no more wings on the appetizer menu and told us after we ordered, as well as the ribs on the main menu that they told us again...
