Healthy, delicious, authentic food with attentive & personable service, all in a nice but non-pretentious ambience. 6 stars!

Cheerful and kind service from new woman at the counter. She makes sure your order us right and you're happy. Food is fresh and tasty. Ambiance fits the Mission vibe well. I like how they make sure to get everything right.

Bad coffee, bad snacks, worse, staff. 20% extra charge on the food for whatever reason. Definitely won't be going back.

The falafel wrap was incredible - maybe the best I've had. Super fresh, quality ingredients. The falafel was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The pickled vegetables were delicious! Will be back soon

Good service, great atmosphere and tasty food. Ambience is amazing. Location is central SF with easy access

Crummy food, better restaurants then this one to spend your $ in SF. Services needs improvement, slow.

The best Middle Eastern restaurant in the Bay Area. Highly recommend! My go-to for excellent food, service and location.

Had a late lunch here before a visit to SF Moma. The small restaurant was buzzing but we managed to find a table by the window. The Palestinian food served here is very fresh, creative and healthy. We got flatbread with various toppings (sort of like a pandini), a falafel salad, meze platter (labneh was outstanding), and knafeh (a cheese pastry) for dessert along with mint tea. Epic meal!

Very unpleasant experience here. We were unable to try the food as the staff were so busy with what looked like an impromptu staff meeting. Doesn't seem like a fun place to work which probably explains the poor service.

Used to love the Manouche here. Went there today and it's undercooked, the croutons in the salad are way too thick, and the service is terrible - slow and bumbling.

Was back in town for a few days visiting my bff and was craving some comfort food- my friend suggested Reems.. we decided on the falafel wraps and mezzeplatters- and a tasty baklava for dessert ALL perfect and delicious- wonderful staff and service. Highly recommend!

By far among the best falafel places I have tried. Great pita also. Can't wait to try their Ferry Building location because parking in the Mission is tough. They also have great desserts, particularly the Knafeh (reminds me of the taste from Old City Jerusalem and Amman, Jordan. For a while, BIRite Creamery had ice cream featuring Reem's knafeh. The hummus is also excellent though just a shade behind the hummus served by the Zahav guy in his Sansom Street fast food location in Center City, Philadelphia.

I am Arab-American and have lived in the Middle East for 6 years. This restraunt is absolute best of middle eastern breakfast/brunch. Creamy humus, flavorful baba ghanoosh, and delicious fresh hot pita bread straight out of the oven. All the ingredients are fresh and high quality and dishes are all prepared thoughtfully. The service was excellent. The restraunt is hip and modern with a California vibe. I plan on telling all my friends and bringing my family when they visit.
