A quiet retreat while staying in Hotel Nikko.

I got in the restaurant after 10pm. It was a nice restaurant to either hang out or dining alone.

Miso soup was soooo good! Authentic and full of flavor. 10/10 recommended!

Lobster roll was just okay though.
Anzu's sushi is excellent but the other offerings are limited. I was very disappointed to ask for halibut rare and it arrived well done. I envied the black cod my dinner partners ordered which was prepared well. The champagne list is over priced in Richard Alexander's humble opinion. I most appreciate the restaurant coordinating with Feinstein's and holding good seats for a performance. Recommend 6 o'clock dinner for an 8 pm show.
The new menu is fantastic! The Prix Fixe Menu provides a lot of surprises as to pairing. The extended list of Appetizers permits the diner to create the dinner of his/her choice. The Bar is a consistent anchor to the restaurant. Well done!!!
