We stayed at the hotel and decided to get breakfast there the first night. The room we got (which was still overpriced) didn't include breakfast. We were offered 15% off. But they weren't clear how much breakfast cost. We go in and get seated, expecting to get menus and table service.
Instead, it's the same self-serve breakfast they include FOR FREE at any other Holiday in. Really? And then it turns out to cost us $30 a person? The heck?!
I'm sure they might try to spin that the restaurant is a separate entity from the hotel. No, it's not. Shame on all of you.
Save yourself money, and get a better breakfast and wait until a local cafe opens.

I don’t think there could be a worse hotel bar. Slow service, mediocre drinks. Not worth your time.

I had dinner here on my first night staying at Holiday Inn. You order first and you're shown to your seat. My family got a bunch of food to try and they did not disappoint! It wasn't anything extravagant but it was yummy. The staff were friendly and I like how I was able to grab a bite downstairs without having to wander around at night.

I ordered a long Island ice tea from the bar and it was delissh. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
Overall, we would say the food here is great, not only in its taste and appearance, but also in the convenience. We didn’t feel like going out for dinner last night and this morning we thought we wanted an all American breakfast and this was the closest sit down place for breakfast, the service here is fabulous and the atmosphere is one that we were hoping for in our trip along the northwest coast
Vegetarian options: Seems vegetarian friendly.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of families here eating and also taking food to their rooms.
Parking: Safe and spacious. Upon arrival in San Francisco, we were concerned about break ins and theft, but with the secure garage parking, we rested well.

The only good thing is the bartender knows how to make drinks. This is a very expensive yet awful area and place to stay.

The food was actually really good. Yes, they bring it to you in to-go containers and have paper plates and disposable cutlery, but the food was fantastic and the service was really good. Great value too and with kids eat free you can't go wrong.

I was expecting more of a sit down experience here, however, it is a bit more informal that that. You go to the front and place your order, they give you a number for your table, and then they drop off your food when ready. Food is served with paper and plastic utensils, and although it looks like more fast food, the food was actually really good.I traditionally order my buffalo wings to be cooked extra crispy, as I can't stand it when they come out with the skin rubbery and chewy. Most places I ask this off never get it right. This place actually did!! The wings had a great crisp and crunch, had that great, traditional buffalo sauce flavor, and was exactly the way I like my wings. I had a side of veggies, which were tasty, with fresh garlic and seasoning. The vegetables were fresh and not frozen, and cooked perfectly, not overdone so they were mushy, but had a little snap to them, fresh and full of flavor.

I came here to check in for two days and everything seemed okay, beds were very small. Then the next day I couldn’t enter the parking garage because they gave be a 1-day parking pass. I was unable to backup into the driveway and I had to drive around the block (due to one way streets) once I went into the lobby they questioned me and who checked me in. The manager checked me into my room the day before. I had breakfast at the little “restaurant” and I would HIGHLY recommend somewhere else. The staff was arguing with each other over the orders and the food was bland and raunchy. I then came back to the “restaurant” out of convenience for time. Don’t bother trying to feed your little ones here. I was attempting to order a kids mac-n-cheese and I had to prove my child was with me. I had to leave the register and walk over to the table where my child was seated and walk him over to the register to prove to the employee, Chris Y, that I in fact had a child and then he wouldn’t allow me to purchase the kids mac-n-cheese. I was very upset and he didn’t even say anything to me and we were awkwardly standing there, I was in shock, and then said my total and motioned over to the card machine. It was embarrassing to have my child’s food order denied and I felt forced to pay for this ridiculous food and I would not come back here or to the hotel. This was my third stay and i thought I found “the one”. Book elsewhere!
Food was adequate. The service was adequate and the atmospheric was noisy!!! Left with a huge headache!!

Food is really good, but all is served as to-go.Even though the website still says "Kids eat free" its NOT avalible.
A nice place to stop by for a quick breakfast or lunch.
I wanted to post a food pic but it looked so good I couldn't stop. Definitely worth going back to. The bill was fair for the quality of food.
Nice place to think about business. Looking forward to going back again. If it wasn't far from my work I would come by more.
The chicken wings and the quesadilla were lovely , just enough washed down with a glass of water the service was good and with a smile
