Very poor service. We ordered food and an appetizer, and the food never arrived as an appetizer.
The waitress just left the food and never asked if we needed anything. We wanted to pay, but we had to ask the cook for the bill because the waitress never showed up.
They should put more effort into customer service. Nothing is free; we all pay for the food.

Got it via DoorDash pickup. The restaurant environment looks okay, you can tell they have existed for a while. The fish is amazing! Not too oily. The rice was really good. When I go picked up the waitress seems very nice and it didn’t wait too long for me to get it. It was also in a good price and I definitely recommended to try if you are around excelsior.
