I really do appreciate having a smaller chain of coffee shops to support in the neighborhood, but I struggle consistently with the service given by the counter staff. They always seem to be upset or unwilling to provide service that is friendly. On multiple occasions, myself and some of my staff have gone over for a treat for the day and they always seem unwilling to be nice to any of us. I have been to multiple locations and this seems to be the only one that I ever have issues with. I really do want to continue to support, but don’t feel motivated to after the consistent demeanor of the staff.

I like the drip selections. Very good. Staff is a little stiff-necked but I'll live. I come from a very slapstick state where everyone is a douchebag, so the thick skin comes naturally.

I started with an oat milk chai latte, which was so good we ordered brunch. Multiple vegan options, and everything is delicious. The staff were friendly and efficient, the drinks and food were prepared with care and attention. We will be back!

FYI, I am a total coffee snob and these guys are the real deal. They are also one of the few shops in SF that offers Light Roast coffee.
