The coffee itself was actually quite good—but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The service was a real letdown. The staff gave off an energy like I was inconveniencing them just by ordering—cold, dismissive, and far from welcoming. It felt less like a café and more like a punishment for wanting coffee. A little training in basic customer service would go a long way. Disappointing experience overall.

I love this place—such a peaceful and positive atmosphere. The coffee is excellent, and their Halloumi Salad is the best in town!

Love this place! Great coffee, tasty food, and a super chill atmosphere. Perfect for grabbing a drink, getting some work done, or just hanging out. Great addition to Chestnut.

Awesome coffee spot in SF on Chestnut Street. Its small, but they have outdoor seating. I like their matcha latte's.

Very good coffee - in top 10% of those I’ve reviewed.
Probably, the most popular spot on Chestnut street
Dog friendly - and the dogs are friendly here, too.

The latter is pretty good but the service is always terrible. The servers are rude and inconsiderate, but this seems like the whole vibe of this place

Stopped because my wife saw Dirty Chai. Didn't look like much, but I ordered myself a coffee. Several sips into my watery and tasteless coffee they tell me "Seems we're out of chai." You only offer like 5 things and you're OUT of one? Huy was nice enough, said "There's lots of other places on this street to get chai", and I look at him like, "Yeah, I know..." Just kind of pathetic.
