FYI, I am a total coffee snob and these guys are the real deal. They are also one of the few shops in SF that offers Light Roast coffee.

I like the drip selections. Very good. Staff is a little stiff-necked but I'll live. I come from a very slapstick state where everyone is a douchebag, so the thick skin comes naturally.

I started with an oat milk chai latte, which was so good we ordered brunch. Multiple vegan options, and everything is delicious. The staff were friendly and efficient, the drinks and food were prepared with care and attention. We will be back!

The girl working who looks like a man on 4/12 around 10:45am is rude and doesnt know customer service. You would expect some basic level of customer service. My bf and I ordered two coffees and a coconut bread. If she didnt hear it that is fine. However we clearly said coconut bread twice. When we asked where we can retrieve our bread she replied in a rude manner “ you didnt order a coconut bread.”

The coffee itself was actually quite good—but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The service was a real letdown. The staff gave off an energy like I was inconveniencing them just by ordering—cold, dismissive, and far from welcoming. It felt less like a café and more like a punishment for wanting coffee. A little training in basic customer service would go a long way. Disappointing experience overall.
