Rise Over Run is a rooftop bar located inside the Line Hotel, offering a modern and cozy ambience with a view of Downtown SF. The staff is friendly and the decor includes a solarium and many plants. Unique drinks and delicious duck bao are available. The chicken and biscuits were fabulous, though best shared. The burger was moist and very tasty. Service was excellent, though some found it slow. The Korean chicken was crunchy but a little dry and over fried. The Royal burger was delicious and perfectly cooked. It is a great spot for various occasions, such as girls night out, date night, or solo night, and they provide blankets if you're cold. The service and aesthetic of the place are highly praised.
