We were so much looking forward to spend time with our friends for drinks and dinner there but the entire experience was an huge disappointment. Human feces next to the entrance, the service staff was not friendly and then, when additional of our friends arrived with a stroller and a kid, it went really bad. No friendly accommodation but instead we were asked to leave to the cold area outside as an additional person and stroller could not be accommodated (there was SO much space left). So in the end we had to stand on the rooftop in the cold, finished our drinks, and then headed over to Cityscape where there was amazing service, much better views. We are a group of friendly locals and none of us will ever step a foot into that unfriendly place.

Beautiful and chic setting, delicious food and amazing view. We got dinner here before a show and had a lovely time. Would be great to visit during the daytime because of the view! My burger is wonderful, and my date's fish was delicious.

Great view of SF. Drinks are good and food choices are limited. Great for relaxing after work chit chat with friends / coworkers. Price is on the higher side but that is expected because you are paying for the nice view!
Cool view, cool drinks, the waiters can be a bit much sometimes, very helpful though. One time they added an unexplained 20% on top of the 20% charge for groups over 6. We were very surprised. Went there for a few days while staying at the hotel. After that situation we stopped coming.

Me and my friends were excited to go here. We made a reservation, dressed up, and made sure to make our reservation on time. We were greeted a friendly woman in a baseball cap who welcomed and sat us. We then proceeded to wait almost 30 minutes until we finally flagged the worker down getting us water asking to order. He was unable to take our order but alerted our waitress. Eventually our waitress came over and asked us if we were ready to order, we said yes, she then left and came back 5 minutes later to take our order. We all ordered drinks and then she requested that we each order one food item. I let her know that we had not been attended to for 30 minutes and were unsatisfied with the service so we would just like to have drinks. We also weren't expecting the food menu to be so selective and all at such high price points. The rest of our experience was pleasant and the views/ambiance of the place were nice.

Food was delicious but took forever to get out to us. Slow drink service and service in general. 6:30 reservation and didn't leave until 7:45. Too long for a couple of burgers. Pretty atmosphere but unless I have a show to attend to in this neighborhood, I will never come back.

Enjoyed a wonderful evening at Rise Over Run. The food was delicious, the drinks were well-crafted, and the atmosphere was perfect. Our server, Chyara, really stood out—she was warm, attentive, and made great recommendations. It made the experience even better. Definitely planning to return!

Amazing view, great staff. Menu was remarkably small. Items were tasty, a little over seasoned. But there was really very few available choices. I believe 3 entrees, 2 apps total. I presume there renovating their menus but some added staples while they figure it out would have been useful.

Great views! Don't let the neighborhood scare you! Top notch service from the moment we stepped in. Need a lil something in your stomach but not a full meal? Korean fried chicken was to die for! I would just be careful about some of the drinks, lil small. But I would recommend this place without reservations!
