The employee is not behaving well at all. She has a very sour face and I definitely don't want you to go anymore.

It takes so long time to prepare your order. I waited more than 30 minutes. I dont recommend if you are busy person.

Mediocre burger, terrible russet fry came out soggy. Long wait time of 35 min.

Really good burger place near Japantown. Good vegetarian options for the Burger as well. Any burger you can replace with vegetarian option. All the burger options are good especially Fries fry Burger option is good.

Roam is a slightly upscale burger joint where you can custom create your own burger with some expensive add-ons (think $3+ dollars extra). They're definitely at the quality you would expect for a place that dishes them out quick but they can make mistakes. Fries can come out at same time and I've had service forget to combine my runny egg on my burger. Makes for messy eating.

I should have known better than to enter this place on a Saturday at 6:45pm. It was overrun with kids getting milkshakes, and the crowds were just way more than the employees could handle. I asked how long my order would take when I placed it and they said 8-10 minutes, but I ended up waiting 30+ minutes while other tables who arrived at a similar time finished their food and dozens of pick-up orders went out. Food was fine but nothing special. I recommend skipping this place and instead patronizing one of the many other locally owned businesses on Fillmore.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. I requested them to change my burger to a different burger after I had placed and paid for my order but the lady conveniently disappeared when I had a question…the manager was very understanding and made sure the order was updated correctly. When the order was delivered, they conveniently forgot my order or French fries (which I had paid $5 for). When I went back to the front to ask about the fries the lady had disappeared and did not return until I flagged down the manager and explained the situation. He immediately had the fries hand delivered to my table very lovingly. The manager deserves a raise, and the worker deserves to be fired (in my opinion).
