Kind of silly and fun set-up with an honest-to-god conveyor belt that whisks orders to you. Thought it would feel sterile to order from a tablet, but in fact the dishes are well-pictured and described and this takes the guesswork out of what exactly you're ordering -- plus everything arrived super fast. Best, the fish is extremely fresh and portions are large. Appetizers, sushi, and rolls were all very good. The women serving were quick with whatever we needed and quite sweet. I'll be going back.

Food was fine; service and ambiance were poor. They were not very friendly and rushed us out when it approached 9pm on a Friday. There were to-go packing stations lining the wall across from us with messy items all over the counter. The lights are bright, and the space feels very commercial. The food and drink did come fairly quickly though.

Food is top notch! Staff is there to assist for your experience:) bottom line you place your order on a on a table computer. Food comes out on rocket conveyor belt. I felt very welcome from the moment we entered the space. But realistically the service provided by staff is minimal due to the nature of the restaurant by design. Being asked to tip 16-20% seems ridiculous when I'm doing the majority of the work to get my food to my table myself. We will return for great food but tipping at that level isn't warranted in this space.

We like the sushi, and living next door often put a to-go order in that we pick up ourselves. That's usually the issue; getting any acknowledgement at the counter can be challenging, throngs of very rude delivery drivers just pushing their way through the crowd... the staff almost have to be rude back which I understand. What I don't appreciate though is the staff seem to think I'm also a delivery driver, so they are rude to me. Then they ask to see my phone and realize I am, in fact, the customer, and suddenly they are much more polite. It can be a little awkward all around for all the reasons.
Great sushi at a great price, though, so we keep returning.
