Wow, owner Matt and his Italian Chef know how to cook and serve delicious Italian food! No pizza, only the best. My Swordfish Carpaccio was the best ever! The atmosphere in this small, informal restaurant is amazing, and Matt is so nice and friendly. When he sits down with us, and tells about his life in the food and restaurant business, we listen eagerly. It’s like being with good friends around the table. If you want to avoid the tourist paths, and enjoy a heavenly meal, just find this restaurant! ?

Went here for an anniversary, and the owner Matt and chef made the experience so special. The food is fantastic ???Amazing Italian classical dishes in addition to incorporating local ingredients and new ideas. The wines are great ?we tried two of the reds from the list of imported Italian wines and they were both TO DIE FOR! I would definitely recommend this for your next special occasion!

Had the most delicious lunch today at Roma's. The owner Matt was so welcoming and friendly. We started with a phenomenal little gems Caesar salad, my friend had the smoked duck lasagne and I had the Pappadelle with mushrooms, asparagus and cherry tomatoes. To end a perfect lunch we had the Tiramasu. Sinfully sweet and delicious. I highly recommend a meal at this establishment.

On a recent trip to the city for furniture shopping, and needing food for lunch, we turned to the yelp community for a recommendation and they didn't let us down. In fact, they turned us to a most delightful surprise. Roma's is a small, family-owned restaurant that is managing to provide an amazing customer experience through the pandemic. Matt, the owner is the friendliest, most respectful person. (After we sat down for lunch he dealt with a potential issue from outside in the most polite, non-confrontational way. So impressive! ). More importantly, his passion for his customers and their dining experience is first rate. Of course the most important part of a dining experience at lunch is the food, and it was wonderful. We started with the corn/potato purée and an arguable beet salad. The soup was perfectly puréed and the salad was super fresh and dressed just right. The Chitara pasta was also a beautiful concoction. The world needs more family-owned restaurants like this and it will be on our short list whenever we make it to the city.

A well deserved 5 stars for Matt and Valentino at Roma's! This is my third time here, and the service has nothing lacking. After red umbrellas caught my eye a few months ago, and a growling stomach, we wandered in. Matt is not only friendly and hospitable, but hecka funny too! Make a repeat visit and he'll tell you about the history of Roma's. Come back a third and he'll tell you about what this place was prior to what it is now. Now, onto the food: The smoked duck lasagna is dynamite! You don't have to ask for extra sauce, it's already a given. You won't go wrong with it. Unfortunately I do not have any photos to add to this, but some previous reviewers have done it justice. The burrata is a classic! Valentino will quickly make changes as the season calls for it. I've had it with figs and then again with roasted peppers. Both ways are so, so good. And finally, if your on the fence about the rosé, go with the Bertani! Deliciously crisp, smooth and a favorite for sure! Wonderful and authentic Italian food, paired wonderfully with amazing service! You won't be disappointed with coming here.

The food was amazing!! But the real star of the place is Matt!! He is friendly, with prompt service that didn't make us feel rushed. He gave us the history behind the whole restaurant & the photos on the wall. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing, amazing meal.

Fish: Exactly the doneness I want. Carefully seasoned.Tiramisu: not the standard one you would expect. Precise sweetness. (Not American style, which is too sweet!)Owner: really nice. I will come again.

What an amazing restaurant. The decor/atmosphere, the service from the owner Matt, and especially the food were amazing. Make sure to have the swordfish carpaccio (which is the owner told us was what clinched the job for the chef). I'll be back.

Outstanding food. Outstanding service. Lovely atmosphere. I will be going back next time I am in the city. Honestly I think I'll make an extra excuse to get back just to eat here again.

Roma's is a new restaurant which bravely opened during the pandemic. I've now been here twice and have had an exceptional experience. The service, food, wine, and - Matt - are simply amazing. Duck Lasagna, yes, DUCK - amazing. Chitarra with ragu, just as amazing. I highly recommend ... you will NOT be disappointed.
