Good but it’s overpriced man
food is ok. just boiled chicken, rice, and thai sauce. It's bit expensive for what it is.

Very healthy lunch, and tasty! The “riceless” option is perfect for hitting my quota of vegetables and protein. Chicken was tender and moist, sauce on the side, and the broccoli was fresh and steamed without extra butter or oil. Portion size was good.

Wow, I did not know it was a franchise chain with a Santa Clara location near my condo when I just found the Financial District location in San Francisco after a Successful Job Interview. It was next to a FedExp so it had WiFi. I told the young lady that 1st time here, what do you recommend? Of course, she said #1, it was steamed chicken breast on rice with cucumber, broth, and I ordered a Mexican coke regular after she asked me if wanted diet. I hope to try the Kha Soi after I get the job offer. Then I can give more stars for consistency.

For what it is, it’s amazing. Great healthy and fast choice. Excellent portion sizing too.
Food is so mid… do not waste it on here if you’re traveling.
Chicken dry, bland. Sauce is nothing good

Stopped in for lunch. They seem to be popular and serve a lot of lunch crowds. Both to-go and sit-down. Good speed. Good food.

This is a Thai poached boiled Hainanes Singaporean style chicken that comes with a delicious sauce. It was about $18 for their #1 which is over rice with cucumbers and a broth soup. Be careful but we were able to park on the yellow curb for 15 mins and did not get a ticket, luckily, best to order ahead and just pickup with less than 5 mins parked.

We got chicken spring rolls and three Hainan chicken rices – two '"riceless" and one "original".
The chicken in the Hainan rice was definitely decent, of solid quality. Portion sizes were generous, which is always a plus. However, the rice was just okay, nothing special, and the chicken soup was pretty bland.
We thought the '"riceless" option was the better deal. They load you up with extra broccoli to replace the rice, which is fantastic if you're looking for more fiber and vegetables.
As for the chicken spring rolls, the chicken inside was overcooked and dry. Definitely a miss.

much better than expected. but what was i even expecting? idk. love that the menu is simple and straightforward. they have delicious meet and rice bowls with broth for flava. i ordered the tofu one which maybe was a mistake but they lowkey need to step up the vegetarian game. my friend's chicken bowl had much more flavor. but once they get that veggie bowl up to par she's a 5-star girlie for sure. that's easy.

Food is passable, but last time I ordered there, my chicken had no skin on it. It appears that they have taken that and are now selling fried chicken skins for $5. Meal is already almost $20 and taking part of my meal and reselling feels like i just got robbed. Not right.
