A cute, cozy spot for a coffee and breakfast. They have incredible bagel sandwiches! We were in town for a few days and my husband came here every day for their veggie sandwich on a bagel. Everything was so fresh. Their menu is very well priced for SF. Their service was timely and they made the food in front of you. I loved their mixed berry smoothie as well. It was a filling size with excellent flavor. There are great places to sit throughout the small space. In the back there are quieter tables if you are looking to work or have a meeting, a few small outdoor tables, and the main seating space has a huge beautiful mural that makes you feel like you're in Europe. The staff is extremely friendly, they seem to know their usual customers. They clearly have a lot of frequent customers. I can see why. This spot has great food, a charming atmosphere, and a welcoming staff.

My hot matcha drink is made with Matcha powder that is organic and from Japan. The soy milk is organic too. Friendly service. The heat is on and kept cozy on a chilly day. I’m glad I stumbled upon this spot when in need of a little pick-me-up :)

Came here after lunch and had a small coffee and my friend ordered a slice of carrot cake, slice of chocolate banana bread and slice of orange cranberry bread to share. Coffee was strong and hot on a cold day and we shared slices of the bread to nibble on. There were six of us and it's a good place to chat as there is plenty of room outside and inside to sit and chat.

Croissant is very yummy, so is bagel. The raspberry and pineapple soda was also delicious. The lady who helped us was very kind. Its so comfy in here i would not be mad if i was stuck there! :)

One of the few coffee houses that still feature rich and smooth, dark roasted coffee. It's my go-to place that reminds me of the wonderful Italian coffee in No. Beach yrs ago. Sandwiches are top-notched but what makes the cafe welcoming is their customer service. It's service with a smile n the girls greet you by name. With the world being so impersonal n lacking warmth, Royal Ground is a breath of fresh air.

Traveled Maryland used to east coast service lol asked for a deconstructed BLT with lox instead which is an annoying request and they happily did it and gave me a half matcha half chai latte that was SOOOO good and not too sugary. wow! i saw a lot of views the bridge and everything but the cafe was my fave experience. Wishing them a thriving business ✨✨??
