A Polk St gem. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great coffee and tea selections, and it seems they are adding more food options lately, which have all been good in my experience. I take my dog occasionally. Wifi is plenty fast enough to work on, which I'm usually doing here, too. A lot more personality here than in the other coffee shops on Polk. I'd recommend trying to score one of the window spots for good 180 people watching/light.

If you’re looking for a quiet, mostly empty place to work/study, this place ~3-6pm is it. Not many people at all and wifi. However, the food options were not that good in my opinion. I wanted to get food but when I came ~3pm there was hardly anything left so I ended up getting a smoothie. The mango smoothie was pretty sugary and not that good (I think there was too much juice for my taste maybe). Staff member there was friendly and accommodating.

The coffee is not good at all, I asked for a mocha and 1st: the milk instead of having a nice smooth texture is just pressurized with hot bubbles and that’s it. 2nd: coffee is really blend. 3rd: their chocolate is the most basic one and does not have a chocolate flavor instead it tastes like sugar. Expect your coffee to be ready in 20 mins or so. For an almost 7 dollar coffee, I expected more.

The vibe is nice but a 35% suggested tip on the pay terminal is absolutely unacceptable. Tips are supposed to supplement workers, so if you’re suggesting tips that high, you need to pay your workers more. Service was also just okay and the bathroom has no lock.
