Royal Grounds Coffee is one of those neighborhood gems you can count on every time. The coffee is rich, smooth, and made with care, and their menu has plenty of options for whatever mood you’re in—whether it’s a strong espresso to wake you up or a perfectly creamy latte to sip slowly. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with plenty of space to sit, relax, or get some work done. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making you feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit. This place is a regular stop for me. The veggie bagel is delicious, stacked with fresh vegetables, and always hits the spot. Pair it with an ube latte and it's a great morning for me.

This place has a fabulous selection of coffees, sandwiches, salads, bagels, chips etc. They are efficient, their prices are good and the place is super clean- highly recommend. Oh and you can call in an order and it’ll be ready when you get there

The cortado is listed at 4.25 on the menu, but the owner charged me 5.75 because I ordered an “iced” cortado. He said he charged 1.50 more because it is “custom order.” Are we calling “iced” a custom these days? Additionally, the table I sat at was dirty and sticky. I had to rub my hand and wrist several times. If I had been alone without my party, I would have left the cafe, but I couldn’t because I had paid anyway.
