Dining at Saison was an extraordinary experience. Every course was phenomenal — each dish showcased incredible creativity and balance. Their wine list was impressively extensive, and we had the chance to try a fascinating 1979 Corton that made the night even more memorable. It was also such a special touch to see familiar faces from Angler and Pabu; the staff not only remembered me but made us feel truly celebrated.
