Bit expensive but its good

Perfect spot for a quick lunch. I first tried the food from Sajj in San Mateo. It was a "regular" lunch place for many at my office. Now that I occasionally work in SF, I was please to find a Sajj just a block away. Love that the food is fresh and bonus that it is full of flavor. I take advantage of ordering ahead and picking up on my schedule.

$14.78 for the falafel rice bowl, and it comes with good lentil soup. Fast service and clearly labeled vegan and gluten free options. Definitely will come back.

Ordered a rice bowl with chicken online. When I picked it up there was no rice!! I tried to call their number for a refund but nobody picked up.

Beyond disappointed with this place. Ordered a falafel bowl online through their website and received this bowl WITHOUT the falafel. This bowl is just rice and veggies in truckloads of sauce - that isn’t even that flavorful. Tried calling their number to request a refund on the lack of protein (in a protein bowl) and didn’t receive any response. would not recommend! perhaps their service is better in person but I will not be ordering from here again

Delicious food and excellent above and beyond customer service! I ordered online and selected the wrong location. That location was able to call and transfer the order to this location, and despite the confusion (and it being peak lunch hour), this location quickly and efficiently prepared my order and had it ready in record time, and with a smile! And the food tastes great! Thank you to the team!
