Sakana Bune Japanese Restaurant

Very fresh, great staff, and interesting dishes. One of my favorite stops in San Francisco. I don’t usually look for affordable with sushi but this establishment never disappoints.

Hands Down the best sushi place left in the city. I have lived in SF my whole life and this is the last standing Gem. Great fresh fish, amazing customer service, the prices are fair and so are the portions. We've been going to Sakana Bune for years & it is our absolute favorite sushi spot. Their sushi is always fresh and our orders are always made quickly. Pretty cheap prices considering they are located in San Francisco as well. The servers are super friendly and they always come around to make sure everything is ok / if we need more water.
