Pickled Egg Salad
It starts with pickled eggs. We boil the eggs, shell them, then cold pickle them with lots of spices. They sit for a minimum of 7 days in order for them to absorb enough of the salt, vinegar and seasonings. Once they are ready, we chop them up, add some dukes mayo, chives and garlic confit.
Spicy Olive Spread - 8oz
Kalamata olives, spicy cherry peppers, house pickled carrots, cauliflower and onions, capers and a house blend of spices. Best enjoyed at room temperature in a salad, pasta or by the spoonful

Authentic New Orleans muffulettas. Abita root beer and Zapp's potato chips. There's also an amazing ice cream cookie sandwich large enough to share (or not). So anxious to eat, I forgot to snap a picture. A must...for a true foodie. Owner has a wonderful Southern attitude.

Sandwich was A1 but the cookies oh my goodness, absolutely unreal.

And the owner recommended a few great spots with a view to eat it for which we were super grateful!

Great lil’ spot with quick and friendly service and delicious food. WONDERFUL mushroom and regular muffuletta! 5 stars. I grew up in the deep South enjoying these sandwiches and was so happy to find this spot close to my kiddos. We will return over and over!
