This is honestly the saddest and most disappointing salmon roll I have ever received. They made it while I waited, which took some time, and then I received rice with a tiny piece of fish in it. I would definitely not recommend getting rolls from here

Got a bento box. Somewhat affordable, but the food was just bad.
Vegetables were mushy, flavourless. I have had better sushi from gas stations. The Gyozas werent terrible. The rice wasnt great. The chicken was terrible.

This place is a joke. Despite it being cheap, the food quality is awful especially if ordered through doordash. I ordered 4 plates and the rice is so hard and old, it's not edible. As an asian myself, I know what good/bad rice is. The food presentation is also horrible as if they just tossed everything on top. This is simply unacceptable to serve to people, led alone for to go orders that don't have a pick at what they are receiving. I tried calling their phone number and no one is answering.

Years ago I worked at a Sarku (then Sakura) Japan in my hometown in Georgia so I'm very familiar with the brand. This location is in the heavily declining San Francisco Mall where half of the stores and restaurants are shuttered. Food came out hot and fast but I was the only customer in line at the time. My rice came out of the nearly empty rice pot and was stale but edible.

The service at this little establishment inside the Westfield Mall is atrocious. I waited patiently for 20 minutes for my burger to be ready, and when I walked to the counter to inquire the lady working there said they hadn't started my order yet and it will be another 10 mins.
