My wife and I stopped here for a light dinner relatively early on a Friday night. We were seated right away. The sake selection was excellent, and we got sake to share. For an appetizer, we shared the chicken karaage. It was tasty, and a large portion - it could have been dinner for one. After that, we shared a couple of orders of nigiri and a sushi roll. Everything was excellent. The service was good if a little rushed, but it's to be expected anywhere at Japan Center....
Generally my go to given the convenience and consistent fish quality and not yet really hard to get a reservation! The music can feel a tad loud at times given the small space and packed table.
December 2025 Japanese restaurant specializing in Omakase style cuisine. What makes them different is their mystery box style sushi 🍣 collection which is much of an IG feast in itself.
