They finally got a good beer, a dopplebock. Vegetarian sausage. The service is always great. I love this 130+ year-old place. Now if they only brought in the Weihenstephan Doppelbock (Korbinian) on draft it would be perfect in the cold San Francisco weather.
You’re experiencing Europe in a whole new way right here! The food is great, with flavors that transport you across the Atlantic. They have an impressive selection of beers, both draft and bottled, so there’s something for everyone. The staff is fantastic – friendly, attentive, and really make you feel at home. A must-visit spot if you’re looking for that European vibe!
I found this place by accident and I’m so glad I did. The food is AMAZING and the portions are great for the price. They have lunch specials, too, which are also well priced for the amount of food. We got the chicken schnitzel, pretzel, and Spätzle, all to split, plus drinks. The total came out to less than I thought and I’m at the right level of full but not uncomfortable. Adding this to my list of places to come back to.
