This reminded me of the last hat'ma qu'ran dinner I went to as a kid. I could the Palaw for days. Clean, fast, not too overseasoned, meat is done perfectly, Karahi spices are excellent.

I’m completely loyal to this Afghan restaurant. I crave their Ash soup regularly and often come just for the Ash. Other menu highlights for me are the Qabuli Pilau and the Lamb Koobideh ☺️ Their Mantu is also good but not the best I’ve ever had. Complimentary green/black tea as well. The owner & servers are always gracious and kind, really lovely people!

Very good food. The owner took very good care of us. Everything was very fresh and homey that was served with complimentary tea and complimentary bread. The meat I think could be a little juicer and cooked a little longer, but the food was very tasty, authentic, and very home cooked. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Afghani food in the Bay Area
