Really fantastic hidden gem on Polk St, featuring various Afghani, Iranian, and Mediterranean dishes.
The prices are definitly below SF averages, and the servers are very attentive. This is my favorite late-night spot to eat after getting drinks with friends.

My experience at this Afghan restaurant was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm, inviting, and had a relaxing atmosphere that immediately made us feel welcome. The decor added to the authentic vibe, and the entire space was exceptionally clean, which made us feel even more comfortable.
The customer service was top-notch – the staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about our dining experience. They made sure we had everything we needed and were quick to offer recommendations with a smile, which made the entire meal more enjoyable.
Now, the food! Every dish we tried was delicious and perfectly seasoned. The mantu and bolani were freshly made and full of flavor, setting the tone for the rest of the meal. The highlight for us was the chicken and rice dish. The rice was so tender and flavorful that it melted in our mouths, and the chicken was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of seasoning. It was hands down one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time.
Overall, this restaurant exceeded our expectations in every way, from the incredible food to the warm and attentive service. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine Afghan dining experience.
