$18 for two orders of fries. Steeeeep, man. And maybe a third of my fries were overcooked — crunchy and thin.
They also hide ketchup packets here. So you will need to ask.

I don't like her
I would give it a 1.5, but I can't. You guys better be grateful I rounded up. The good thing about this restaurant is the view of the ocean it has. The place was also surprisingly clean for how many people there were. When I came to this place, I was on a group trip and there were many schools visiting at the time. They take their customers for granted because of how many they have. All staff were rude and didn't seem like they wanted to be there except for the guy who brought me my food. The lady letting people in had an attitude towards the kids from the schools. I was being accompanied by some younger girls whose parents did not give them money. I was going to buy us some food to share, but the lady at the entrance didn't let them in because she wasn't satisfied with how much of our money we were going to waste. I told her I was going to use up a table anyways, but she did not let the girls through. The girls were taken outside with some teachers and I waited in line until I finally entered. They had a little bar thingy with drinks and some salads in boxes. When you get to where you order, there is a poster which has the menu on it (one of the only two menus they have). The lady who took my order did not seem like she was having a good day. She avoided eye contact with her customers and seemed like she only wanted us to pay her and leave. Still, I continued ordering my food: an order of clam chowder and an order of chicken. The order took a decent amount of time to arrive, but it was definitely not quality food. I sat there alone in a table of four. The clam chowder tastes EXTREMELY salty and has a fishy taste. I have had clam chowder many times because my dad is a chef with michelin-star restaurant experience and I know that clam chowder is not supposed to taste like that. You don't even need experience in that to know that food was not made right. The flavor tasted like the food was expired. At first, I even thought it was ranch. It showed no sign whatsoever of containing vegetables or clams. The fried chicken I had was chewy and tasted like something frozen I could get at a grocery store just that the food at the store would have been less expensive for a more decent amount. The food is overpriced and there are about 5 items on the menu which are 99.999% junk food. Even the drinks were expensive and they charged you for water. If you work here, please take your job seriously and for the owners, money isn't everything. You guys should take your customers more seriously and be more honest. Work for the money.

Yes it can be touristy, but this is a nice kid friendly spot for pizza, chicken tenders, and a beer or other “mommy juice” while taking a break from the fantastic exhibits and crowds.
Kid-friendliness: Perfect kid food for a great kid museum.

Clam chowder was delicious and one of the best chowders I have had. Their fries and chicken wings were good too. Lot of seating available indoor and outdoor. They have vegan options too.
Dietary restrictions: Many vegan options

Food was food, but expensive. Not unexpected considering it is inside the museum, and it is SF. Food options are food, including healthy and non-healthy, and desserts. Chicken strips were ok, and the nachos with carne asada were surprisingly good. There are tables inside, and you can also grab one of the tables at the pier.Pros: inside the museum, pick your food, pay and go sit. They'll prepare the food and bring it to your tableCons: pricey

Overpriced and flavorless food. Incredibly small portions. Terrible service, waitstaff don’t even check if you are the right person to get the food.
This place knows how to get families through the door and still offer healthy food!
