The rose tteokbokki was delish, with the cabbage and oden. A bit spicier than others I've had but I'm a wimp when it comes to spice. The kimchi fried rice was great too. Portions were big!

This place is AMAZING!!! We got the rose and carbonara tteokbokki and both were flavor bombs! The rose tteokbokki had a nice creamy consistency and slight kick (highly recommend adding sausages and mozzarella). The carbonara tteokbokki was literally one of best things I've ever had ~ it's creamy, flavorful, umami, and the bacon adds a nice texture! We also tried the so-tteok which was delicious! Highly recommend and will be back!!! Also the service is awesome ~ I think the owner took our order but he was so nice!!!

Yet another great Korean offerings in the underground food court. No cashier, just order at a kiosk then swipe your credit card then collect your food a little while later. Some pretty unique dishes you don't often see around town.Rosé Creamy Tteokbokki: Very unique! It's from the same book of magic that put heavy cream into a tomato-based curry to make the beloved chicken tikka masala. The typical spicy tteokbokki sauce becomes so much more complex with a little bit of dairy. And I wouldn't think of it as less spicy, but just better balanced. The chewy doughy tteokbokki made me think of eating big gnocchi in a creamy tomato vodka sauce. Though the fish cakes were distinctively fishy, so you can't mistake this for Italian or Indian. And the almost raw onion chunks were an interesting addition, helping add some tang to the big rice cakes. Though the rich cream gets pretty filling, so you might not finish the whole dish. Very memorable.Korean Noodle Soup w/ Chicken & Mandu: Decided to get the regular version since I wanted to really appreciate the 8+ hour simmered chicken broth. It was comforting for sure, but it wasn't mind blowing. Also, it seemed they went a bit crazy with the thick noodles leaving not much space for the broth. The chicken was tender though mild. Same with the carrot and zucchini slices. The only thing with a lot of flavor was the optional mandu add-on I selected. Tasted freshly made since the dough was tender and the veggies inside were fresh, plus the meat (pork?) was good too. Not sure I'd get this again though, would probably stick with the tteokbokki next time.Cheese Corndog: Not the dense cornmeal you'd find on a regular corndog, but lighter and chewier. Loved that so much of it was just filled with gooey cheese. Though there was a little smoky sausage by the stick. The abundance of ketchup on top was perfect.Fried Seaweed Roll: Looks like deep fried sushi, but under the crispy tempura shell and papery seaweed wrap is a bunch of squishy glass noodles. Fun flavor contrast throughout all the different layers. But didn't feel that substantive since it was just carby.

It was a little difficult to find at first. You have to take the stairs down to find a little food hall. The menu is not too big-just soups spicy rice cakes etc. I got the tteokbokki. It was very flavorful and came with a lot of fish cakes and cabbage. Would recommend for something quick to eat.

Good, simple clean tasting Korean street food. I got exactly what I wanted but didn't get to try their tteokbokki which I will next time. Skewers: simple, classic. Rice cakes nice and crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside. Spicy sweet gochujang sauce.Seaweed roles: good texture and fun to eat, but a little bland on its own. Must dip in sauce- either your tteokbokki or skewer sauce, then it's perfect.Spicy noodles: not bad considering this is kind of a fast food joint. Pretty solid taste and depth of the broth. Next time I'd like to try the original. But great noodles and a good serving of veggies. One thing I would change is the noodles come inside the soup when you order takeout, I wish they were separate so the noodles would be less soggy.

Ordered their creamy spicy taekbokki and really enjoyed it. Their fried seaweed rolls are also really good. Would recommend giving their place a try

Best tteokppokki I've never had in San Francisco area. Highly recommend!Rose tteokppokki is my favorite, very creamy and cheesey smooth.

Having tasted both fire and spicy, I'd rather go with spicy because fire begins to lose flavor as a tradeoff for heat. Best flavor found in "spicy" level.

They can never get an order right. It’s not worth the hassle. Had to go through customer service every time.
