We are delighted to have found this jewel in our neighborhood. The food was excellent and the portions generous-- from the duck pâté and mushroom soup appetizers, the umami-rich radicchio salad with anchovy dressing and aged parmesan, to the tagliatelle with rich beef and pork rib sugo. The service and ambience are some of the best we've experienced in the post-pandemic dining scene in SF. We can't wait to return as well as to try the sister restaurant, Collino, up a few blocks.

Incredible dining experience. Food was so fresh and vibrant. Pastas were incredible. Sea bass was so buttery. Burrata dish was a standout. The mix of flavors and textures in each dish worked so well together. No notes!

The food and service was outstanding! The only drawback was the noise level and tightness of the seating/tables, and we had to yell to hear each other. But overall Seven Hills was a delicious experience!

SO DELICIOUS! Pastas were amazing. So grateful to know that they have GF options - and also to know that the pasta is made in house! Staff was so kind and helpful in navigating the menu, both in general and for any allergies/personal favorites. Every part about the experience was wonderful. Will be back again!

Our first time dining at seven hills and we had an amazing experience! Fantastic food and great service! Our group of 4 tried 2 different pasta dishes and all were terrific. William was our waiter and guided us perfectly through the menu options.

Everything was very good except we found our entrees a bit over salted. We loved the birthday surprise, esp the dessert drink.

Really wonderful meal and a beautifully warm and casual setting. We really loved the food, pasta was great, wine was great, service was great. Really a beautiful gem of a restaurant in the heart of SF. We went as a group and they had our table ready and we shared a bunch of pastas and appetizers. Everyone enjoyed all of the dishes, recommend! Wine was great and reasonably priced. Def get the parmesan focaccia

I've only eaten here twice, but both times have been fantastic. the service is wonderful, playful, and great direct insight to your orders (it's family style and they don't say if you need another dish if you really don't need it), the food is amazing (they go to the market 2-3x per week) and make their own pasta. wine and beer only, but have heard they are trying to get their liquor license...go make a reso, and enjoy!

Everyone working there was kind and attentive. The food was outstanding. Felt it was cozy and yes tables are close (just like they are in Italy) we were first table in the restaurant so noise level was fine, but by the time it was full, it was harder to talk, but not impossible. I had the garlic focaccia, marinated olives, special was a yellow tail crudete (which was AMAZING ) and the mushroom pasta (very good, but rich) my friend had the squash ravioli which was fantastic. Had the pancetta for desert -recommended all we tried
