Usual hotel breakfast restaurant. It met the expectations exactly. Everyone working here was friendly. I have not tried the buffet, but the a la carte menu items were prepared exactly the way that you expect them for a hotel breakfast.

Be cautious when visiting this restaurant if you’re staying with the hotel, as there have been instances of tip amounts being adjusted without authorization!!
***Be sure to keep your receipt and verify the amount!!***
Adjusting the tip amount without permission is not only against the law but also undermines trust and reputation.

We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday on a Saturday night in December there and the ambiance was beautiful. The Hotel is decorated for Christmas and the restaurant as well. My boyfriend went with the flat iron steak which is unusual for him and I had the salmon. He enjoyed his meal very much and I know this because of the eye rolls he does when his food is tasty lol. My salmon was cooked to perfection with crispy edges and tender meat, the buttery flavor made an appearance here and there and it was seasoned very nicely. The salted caramel bunt cake was delicious-but stands best with the vanilla ice cream which is optional for an additional 2.00, I can understand why it's a favorite of guests. Most of all the service was friendly and pleasant with staff checking in frequently. Price was a bit high but that's not uncommon in for San Francisco restaurants. I would visit Seven Square Taproom again and again.

Service friendly; Vodka martini was good but did not taste like brand ordered; pasta was fresh; sauce. Bold without subtlety

As a hotel, this place has a cool vibe. Very chill interiors. It also has several spaces indoors and out that invite conversations while enjoying a cocktail and some food. We were lucky enough to be there on an evening there was some live music - a saxophone - and it made the evening even more special. The Brussels sprouts were amazing! I could have eaten another bowl. Our wine was from the happy hour list and quite good (and reasonably priced). I would recommend SS for a business meeting, co-workers meet up, date night, friends get-together, or any other opportunity to go out for drink and a bite. Will definitely return!

Our dinner here was one of the highlights of our trip to San Francisco! The Seven Square burger was exceptional as were the cocktails. We loved it so much we went back for breakfast two more times. The service was fantastic and our waitress was funny and kind. I would definitely recommend at least one meal here!

Had the opportunity to try three items from their menu and they all were yummy! We placed the order to-go, to bring to our room and the food was cooked and placed in the to-go boxes with intention and care.We ordered the Seven Square burger with shoestring fries, the New Zealand lamb lollipops with mint chimichurri and pistachio crumble, and the kids butter pasta. The Seven Square burger was flavorful, the bun was purple and soft and the white cheddar was melty. The burger was also cooked the way we asked, a perfect medium. The New Zealand lamb lollipops were SCRUMPTIOUS! Cooked to perfection and the chimichurri/pistachio accompaniments elevated the flavor to a top tier combination. The kids pasta was a simple butter pasta with parmesan cheese and was a nice big portion. It was a tasty addition as a side for the lambOverall great food (even to-go) and a really great value! Will order food here again the next time we stay at the Clancy Autograph

Kid-friendliness: There are a few options on the dinner menu intended for kids age 12 and under

Not at all what I was expecting. The place was practically empty. Once again, a hotel restaurant left me wanting more. They're still using the QR Codes for access to the menu, but a waitress came and took our orders. I personally don't like it when people stare at their phones while out with others, and this setup only encourages it. And there was no life to the atmosphere. The seating and the lighting felt like I was in a cafeteria. And it was tough to get our server's attention, which seemed odd since we were among the few people actually in the restaurant.

Opentable Diner

It was my sister's birthday celebration & the manager & servers made sure it was an extra special evening for her & us. Food was really good and service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely come again. Thank you so much!

The staff at this restaurant are so friendly and welcoming. Ambiance pleasant in both the Taproom Lounge and the restaurant. Definitely will return here when we are staying overnight and such easy access to the restaurant.
