Service and food were great, ordering is a lot easier at the cashier over the kiosk. I tried the new Dubai milkshake and it was okay I wish there was more chocolate but all in all 5/5 stars. The bathroom was not working so may have to go somewhere nearby

A very bad experience, not culinary, but human. My 10-year-old son wanted to use the restroom, but the men's restroom was closed, and since he was in a hurry, we tried to use the women's restroom. What a serious mistake on the part of manager D. They were extremely aggressive towards us and denied access to the restroom to my son (I repeat, 10 years old), who was in the wrong place. He made very unpleasant remarks towards us. And almost chased us away. Too bad, we won't be back. Too bad for this brand to consider its customers so little. How can such a famous brand not have a men's restroom!!!
Moreover, don't hygiene regulations require that we wash our hands before eating? In short, disappointing from a franchise I used to love.
So we paid $120 in total and we couldn't even access something as basic as a toilet!!!!

The chocolate Dubai is just a BS!! The chocolate is so thin that I can not even eat it!!! It is just kind to paint the cup!

Nobody answered for delivery pick up for about five minutes.

My friend and I got food poisoning from this place. It smelled like urine in the restaurant. Avoid at all costs.
I will be calling the health department today.

I went to shake shack for their amazing fries. But that day they served me those which were already packed so not absolutely fresh n so got them soggy only

Rude.. rushed us. Turned the lights off on us. Didn't let us know when we were ordering that we had to be out at 12. They made mine and my daughter's milk shakes wrong. She doesn't do dyed sprinkles and instead of making her a new one they just put whipped cream on it. My mom's burger top bun was like half of a bun. They over loaded my burger with extra sauce.. I feel they did it out of anger since we got there around 11:30. From now on we'll just stick to in n out ... The workers aren't rude and always accommodate. No pics of the food we had to inhale our food and be out .. we always clean up after ourselves too . The table we had to sit at was filthy.. the other tables weren't cleared off from any of the customers.. seemed rude.
