This Shake Shack is uniquely the best one in the city? It's better than the Stonetown location. I'm not exactly sure why but everything here tastes better like it came out of the test kitchen. The patty was grilled perfectly. I think the management here might be better. It also wasn't awfully crowded when I went so they probably took their time with my burger.

Very small portion. Nothing special and still pricey

Very small, greasy, and extremely salty burger. Order at kiosk that tells you to take a number for no reason, since you have to pick up from the counter

Was told I couldn’t order a double cheeseburger, only a single cause they were “low on patties”. What a joke of a shake shack establishment

I ordered the chicken sandwich, and it was good but small. I was hungry an hour later. Parking can be hard to find. But the area around that place is a nice area.

Delivery order arrived with the wrong food. Instead of a shackburger, it arrived with two mushroom burgers. Incredibly frustrating.

Food is really good! Service, is not perfect, but I can understand because people can be rude for no reason. They get a ton of food delivery orders, which is also great! However, they will not let you use the bathroom IF you are not a customer. I get that, but what if you happen to be working for a food delivery service and you're picking up for their customer?? 🤔 Nevertheless, I will continue to recommend them because they're food is always consistent and honestly, their service is really good!!

That employee you see in the photo aggressively ordered us to throw away our trash after we finished eating, and the whole staff laughed. I asked them what they found so funny, and the Spanish-speaking guy said I had a problem with her aggressively treating customers badly. Honestly, terrible service. And the girl in the photo followed us outside, threatening to call her brother. Please be careful with the staff you hire. People who don't like their jobs and treat customers badly. Very unhappy people.

The attitude was extremely poor. I asked the black guy at around 5 p.m. for the toilet password. He replied flippantly without even looking at me, and the password he gave didn't work.
I wouldn't want to ask again at all.
The seemingly delicious burgers, fries, and drinks also became unappetizing. Bad review! I definitely won't come again.
