I got there late and they didn’t have seating open but when I requested if I could just sit and eat, they were very kind and they let me since it was late at night.

Ordered delivery after late check-in at hotel. Arrived without rice. Chicken dish and beef dish both a little salty, more so without rice. Thick dumpling wrappers made the meal palatable.

Extremely unprofessional experience. I arrived to pick up an order, asked politely, and the staff completely ignored me — no response, no eye contact, nothing. I was left waiting with zero communication. If they don’t want to deal with people, they shouldn’t work in customer service.

i will start by saying i really like the location on monterey and thought it was convenient there was a closer location and i am very disappointed the food is horrible i ordered for pick up on uber eats and am wondering if it the food is the same for costumers that come in and order food they gave me the wrong rice horribly burnt chicken, onion pancakes were so dry and taste stale save yourself some money and get better food even from chains like panda express and id even go as far aa to say the food at chain boba places like quicklys and boba guys is better
Friendly staff, attentive and efficient. Food was generally on point, prices reasonable. I actually liked the other standard dishes over the XLB although it was well steamed (with well done thin, chewy skin) and lots of meat filling (although the filling was somewhat of the mystery meat consistency). Not much to speak of for decor and overall somewhat run down inside but food quality is more important to me so I would go back if hankering for Chinese food! Parking is the usual hit or miss street parking, can be difficult to find around that area.

The dumplings were PERFECT! I loved the soup dumplings the most, but all were incredible. The staff were friendly and prompt, and the free tea was a great bonus! I highly recommend the postickers as well.

Came here with two friends after a Barry's workout and enjoyed the experience for dinner!
Good: - Food came out pretty quickly and the place was fairly empty so we got seated immediately - I enjoyed the meat bun here a lot - The fried rice cake was super tasty here - Not too oily food for a Chinese place - Prices are good! Good value
Bad: - Pretty casual place, you'll need to flag down the waiters
Overall this place was great and would come again.
