As a Taiwanese I want to say
1. Color of oyster mee sua definitely looks too dark, went too ham on the seasoning.
2. Do not give people tiny Spoon for eatting mee sua please buy house deep soup spoon 🤌
3. Also too much seasoning on the fried chicken and oyster I did not order spicy at all
Just went back to Taiwan last month and nothing of these meet the standard
Food court meal costs $20 and they only gave one fish cake. It tastes like they just boiled a bunch of noodles in powder dashi broth.

Their popcorn chicken and crispy king mushrooms are so good! I love that you can customize the spice level and seasoning. Plus, they give you a generous portion. I also ordered their new item: k-soy garlic chicky pop. Excited to try this out.
LISTEN, I GOT A BOBA DRINK, (Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea Fresh), and what did I get? No boba, AND no ice. This is absurd!! Listen the food is good, but service at the time wasn’t as well as the usual service. Still tasted good though!
Worse one compared to the other Shilin chains. Rice was under cooked and portion is significantly less than other Shilin chains.

Well lunch was not bad at all. Pop corn chicken is tender and flavored. The fish ball was tasty and over all it’s good. Price well it’s in a food court. What did you expect from food court. But over I would come back!

Walked into a pretty busy rush this weekend. The person behind the counter, Israel, was slinging chicken at high speed. Great smile and exceptionally friendly even while multitasking between frying and making drinks. It's pretty rare to see someone who actually seems to enjoy interacting with customers, and it really does make for a better experience. I'd come back for the service alone, unlike the more corporatised Panda Express next door.
Chicken was juicy and well seasoned as always, and drinks were a bit on the sweeter side but still refreshing. I don't come to Stonestown often but when I do, this is always my snack spot for chicken and drinks.

You order through a self-service station at the counter, which allows a good amount of customization (level of spiciness, sweetness, ice, etc). When the order is ready, they call out the number on your receipt. Our food was a mixed bag – sweet plum sweet potato fries were tasty, crisp and tender, popcorn chicken was fine but pretty oily and not super crunchy (although the flavor was good, and I appreciated being able to dial between not spicy and extra spicy), oyster mee sua was very disappointing, mostly soup and with a less than generous amount of small oysters.

Workers treated me very poorly, when they are the ones who gave me a wrong order number. Terrible customer service.

I ordered at the kiosk and when I picked up my order I asked for a glass of water. The woman said they don't do that. I was amazed as I am 74 years old and I have never had a restaurant refuse to give me a free glass of water to drink with my meal. I guess they figure if the do that, people will have to buy a drink. I wasn't going to go along with that so I ate my lunch dry and looked for a water fountain later. The food was OK, but the portion of chicken was too much for me and I would rather have less for less money. But that's moot now as I would never patronize them again.
