The yummiest food and most friendliest lady you'll ever meet. She answers the phone and gives you your food. Always genuinely positive and upbeat. The food and her are a breath of fresh air. Too bad I didn't catch her name. I'm so sad to see them close.

Great service - the woman who took our order over the phone was SUPER helpful. We loved the portion size and had a ton of leftovers. Our fave thing on our plates was the rice which was truly perfection. We tried the grilled salmon which was really delicious.

So delicious! Got the falafel wrap (spicy), lentil soup, and baklava, and was offered bread along with the soup. Everything was absolutely delicious. The wrap was HUGE (got to save some for a second meal).Sad thing is that this restaurant is closing soon. I hope to takeout more from here before then.

AMAZING food. Everything we have ordered are delicious! The lady took my order is super nice and sweet. I love everything I have gotten so far. Their Falafels & sliced beef & lamb are just so delicious. I also love their Baba Ghanoush. Try this place, you won't regret!

It’s a real shame that this place is closing and I only recently tried this place. It’s fantastic! We had the lamb shish kabob plate and the sampler plate. Both were fresh, flavorful, and a real treat for our tastebuds. The lamb was tender but still had charred flavor. The falafel was the best I’ve had, light and crispy. I haven’t had legit Turkish bread since I visitors Turkey, and this was freshly baked and exceptional. I can’t recommend this place enough! Only downside is there is no dine in so you need to take your food out with ya.

Too bad this place is set to shut down. Yummy food , reasonable prices & huge portions. I just hope someday they have a food truck.

Food overall tasted great. The combination plates' serving sizes were a little on the underwhelming side but the wraps were huge. Would highly recommend the Lamb Shish Kebab.

This has been a favorite of my wife's and mine for years. Our standard order is two chicken platters and a couple pieces of pistachio baklava. My wife's favorite food is hummus and she prefers shish ke baba's above all others We were so sad to hear that they are closing. We will miss them tremendously and hope they open a new location. The service is unmatched - The woman taking orders & greeting customers has an endless supply of energy is and is always friendly and professional. They will be open until at least Feb 22 and maybe end-Feb. please help make their last month the best ever!

Love this place SOO much. I'm so sad they are closing. Make sure you support them in their last few weeks. They deserve it.

The best Turkish kebab and wrap I've ever had and the sad thing is that they are closing permanently at the end of February. The meat is so flavorful and juicy and the kebabs are perfectly seasoned with delicious flavorful rice, hummus, freshly baked bread, and a beautiful salad. It's so sad to see such an amazing place close doors especially when their food is so amazing

We just moved into the neighborhood, and Shish was in close proximity. Heard a lot about this place, decided to call them to order a pick up for various must-order items. We ordered combination plates, and was greeted with lots more than we asked - they gave us sweet treats as a welcome gesture! They even remembered us when we came to visit again - what a spectacular service! The food - don't get me started! You get so much for so little compared to other restaurants. The flavor is orgasmic; they do not play around - rice was also perfect! Hummus - oh my... all I can say is - if you want flavor (not almost bland food), you want to come to this place! It's unfortunate that they will be closing soon so get your Shish fixed ASAP!! Thanks for all the years in feeding San Francisco+ with honest to goodness food & treats!

Service was outstanding and the lady taking the orders was super sweet. I came here because of all the great reviews but it fell REALLY short unfortunately. I really wanted to find a Mediterranean spot I could call home but this place is not it. The rice & roll was delicious but the beef and chicken dishes were so dry and lacked flavor. Also the portions for what they charge is ridiculous! WAY over priced for what you get, I paid $50 for two dishes and a couple of rolls. Very disappointed, won't be going back.

We ordered a mix grill plate and yogurt cucumber sauce. It took 20 mins from order to pick up; exactly what the window lady told me. They were fresh & delicious! Bread was warm and tasty too.

Hands down, one of my favorite restaurants in the city! Their pita bread, chicken and lamb shish kebab are just amazing! But the dish I love the most is their pistachio baklava. I could write stories about just how delicious their baklava is...

Just had an Adana wrap, hummus spread in the wrap, grilled minced lamb, light yogurt sauce, extra onions, tomatoes, light lettuce and extra spicy. It was soo good. Especially with Ayran!
