the bowls are way too expensive, it’s too small of a space that you can’t eat your food anywhere inside and there’s no chairs to sit, i as a teenager have a torn acl and it hurts to stand for too long, and it’s on 24th st so all the benches are taken

The most consistently awful customer service I’ve ever experienced. I stopped ordering in person because every visit meant being treated with blatant disrespect. The staff will stand around and ignore you until you force the interaction with, “Hi, I’d like to please place an order.” And even then, they make you feel like you’ve ruined their day just by asking them to do their job.
So I switched to online ordering, thinking that might solve the problem. Nope. Same story. I walk up to the pickup counter, stand there patiently, and almost never get acknowledged. When I say, “I’m here for a pickup,” I’m consistently met with blank stares like I’m speaking another language. I have to repeat myself every time before anyone bothers to simply grab my bowl sitting right behind them.
It’s not just one employee, it’s almost all of them. The consistent vibe is that you, the paying customer, are a burden. Basic courtesy and the simplest tasks seem like too much to ask here.
