Sightglass Coffee Reviews
Worst place ever. I wanted to give it a less than 1. Horrible food and service. Should fire workers and hire decent help.
Order #166155 Absolutely horrible service from Sightglass. I ordered coffee on December 06 and as of this date December 19, I have yet to receive the coffee even after having emailed the company about this previously.
First let me say this place is great, they know their coffee and everything tasted perfect. The staff is attentive, great customer service and the hand painted coffee cups are very unique. Sitting on the second floor you can overlook the entirety of the cafe and watch the barista roasters having fun chatting while making coffee and the guests in their own leisurely state.

Sightglass Coffee is a stylish cafe known for its excellent coffee, including a perfect vanilla latte and masala chai latte. The atmosphere is welcoming, featuring ambient lighting, communal tables, large glass windows, and a spacious, wheelchair-accessible layout. The staff is generally attentive, with some being friendly and engaging, while others may offer a bit of attitude. Customers have praised the smooth, rich coffee, along with delicious drinks like the orange marmalade matcha tonic and almond milk cappuccino. There are vegetarian options available, including freshly made pastries from a local bakehouse, such as the pistachio and jam croissant. Many have noted the unique hand-painted coffee cups and the use of reusable dishware, adding to the cafe's charm. Although service can be slow at times, many find the environment cozy and a pleasant place for quiet activities. Sightglass is never overly busy, making it easy to find a place to sit or work. It’s worth mentioning that the cafe does not have outlets or wifi, which is common in SF, so those needing to work should plan accordingly.
