The worst of the worst.
A stuffy and dim environment, almost indifferent service, and coffee filled to the point of nearly spilling over, which you have to pick up yourself. I’ve been there three times and it was always like this. I really don’t understand how it got such high ratings.

Gave them my phone number to get a 25% discount code. Was told I couldn't use the coupon in-person and had to order online. Tried to order online and there was nowhere to enter a coupon code. Finally decided to pay full price and received the worst matcha latte of my entire life. It tasted like pure milk and was a really small serving. Very disappointed with this spot

Pastries were given to us cold. For the price we paid for two coffees and three pastries, I expected the pastries to be warmed, especially the mushroom tart. Coffee is great though.
