WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW!!!! Smokin D's BBQ far exceeded my expectations when providing super delicious Southern food for my brother's memorial! I would give them 5+ stars if I could!
First, owners Daniel and Lareina met with me at the venue a few weeks in advance and carefully went over every detail of each dish that I wanted. Smokin D’s BBQ SF serves the best Texan style barbecue, with perfect brisket, sausage, and pulled pork. The brisket sandwiches are a must-try. The pork bao bun and fusion baos are really good. Side dishes like the amazing cornbread, tasty jalapeño cornbread, and highly recommended mac & cheese are also excellent. The owners are super friendly, incredible, and truly know what they are doing. There is not much seating, making it great for take away. They also do pop-ups across the city. Definitely worth a try.
