Unlike many of the photos posted on Google reviews, most of my order was about 80% fat and only 20% meat, with just a few pieces that looked normal. It was very disappointing to pay this price for a pound of BBQ and end up with so much inedible fat. That said, the small amount of meat I did get had good flavor, which makes the quality of the cut all the more frustrating.
10/10 brisket sandwiches! Must come and give it a try and you won’t regret it😋 The owner Daniel and his wife are super friendly and help me with everything I needed, very recommended!!
This is probably the best Texan style barbecue I have tried in California. Their brisket, sausage and pulled pork are perfect. The cornbread is amazing and I highly recommend the mac & cheese. The owner is a fellow Texan and he and his wife truly know what they are doing. I really also enjoy the
