Dieses Restaurant kann ich bestens weiter empfehlen. Die Spaghetti mit Meat-Balls sind perfekt al-dente. Wer das SOMA verpasst ist selber schuld. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Stefan

We used this restaurant for a work event last night (3/20) and couldn't have had a worse experience. We paid extra in the contract for AV and when we arrived the equipment was never provided. The food came out cold. The tables were dirty along with the silverware. We do a lot of dinners in SF for work purposes and will be avoiding this venue moving forward.

We enjoyed our casual dinner at Soma very much and will certainly return! Food, service, and a shared pizza/ and salad for three that was a great experience... Paul Burnett
Simple, casual Italian dining with quick service and tasty dishes. Serving sizes plentiful. Quiet enough for a business dinner for 3 even though we were seated at the table closest to the kitchen.
The food and service were excellent! Everything we ordered was spectacular from the appetizer to the dessert. Highly recommend!
Nice place and good atmosphere. The pasta is excellent, the pizza lacks flavor

Love the space and the food was great. They seemed to be short staffed so they folks that were there were very nice but clearly stretched thin. Looking forward to going back my next trip.
Very good service. The food was okay and the ambience was nice too, but nothing special.

Food was very good for bar food. I had beef carpaccio and penne with chicken and mushrooms.

Our cocktails were made with care and experience. You can tell they were focused on detail. We shared a pizza that had fresh dough and ingredients. It was a much better visit than we expected and we would return without hesitation.

A great neighborhood spot with decent happy hour specials and really good food. Enough space for meetups or group outings if you call in advance.

Very disappointing experience. The service and food were mediocre at best. I expect much better for a $450 (party of 6) dinner with minimal alcohol.
They took about a 20% tip on the price without the possibility to decide what the amount is, the first time we have come across this (not normal).
