The coffee was good, but the whole experience was pretty disappointing. I showed up 20 minutes before they closed, and it seemed like the girl working there didn’t really want to deal with anyone. Not sure if I’ll bother coming back

This place is awesome! Got a delicious Americano and the staff was totally patient and cool about some customizations I made. They were friendly, prompt, flexible, and the coffee was delicious and affordable! Love the branding and vibe. Not much seating. Highly recommend!

Could be cute but the customer service is pretty bad. Girl at the counter just wants to chat with her coworker and seems annoyed by any customer.

Love this place, Isobel is such a wonderful barista, makes the best cappuccino’s :)

Popped in for a hot chocolate. It was just hot milk. And barista seemed a little upset for some reason. Doesn’t get much worse.

Overall cool little coffee shop, but nothing too crazy or special that would make me go out of my way for it

The coffee is really good! (but they need to step up their pastry game)

The chai I had was very good and tasted very authentic. But it was a little too hot. The currant scone was pretty good too.

Coffee was good, croissant was below average and the cashier was clearly high .. terribly rude as a result.

Loved the drinks, the pastries were great, prices are fair for San Francisco. No notes.

A hidden gem with a true San Francisco vibe!
Souvenir Cafe is a cozy, modern spot with an artistic design that perfectly captures the city’s spirit. We stopped by for a coffee and a little pastry snack, and it was a wonderful experience. Both the cappuccino and flat white were crafted with high-quality coffee beans — rich, smooth, and full of flavor. The atmosphere made it even more special as I enjoyed it with my mum. Definitely a place to return to for a relaxed and authentic coffee experience!

Exquisite espresso in a warm atmosphere. Friendly baristas, and a great vibe!

There are a few chairs with bar-like tables for working (they have wifi), and they’ve got terrific lighting with the big front windows.

Will definitely be back!
