Always love going to this lovely neighborhood restaurant whenever I visit San Francisco. Spiazzo has been my aunt's regular “go to”, for many years. The food is consistently delicious. They recently updated and made some renovations to the restaurant. It looks very nice and refreshing. It was getting a bit dated. Consistently good after all of these years.

Spiazzo is always excellent. Service and food are top quality. It is our go-to place for meetings of all kinds, whether it be business, family or friends. They are open every day and can make a late lunch reservation so can have a long meeting and don't have to worry about the restaurant closing during the day hours.

Went for my birthday lunch and it was great. They had made a change to the menu, my favorite Smoked Salmon Pizza was no longer offered. Happily they made the pizza for me! That's why Spiazzo is special, they really strive to make their customers happy!!!

Went with wife friends to dinner. They had the scampi and love it. I had the salmon which was delicious. Haven't been there in a while but we'll be back soon.

Arrived at the restaurant 5 mins before our 6:00pm reservation, sat down right away and one staff member Jackie brought my wife a mug of Hot water automatically, glass of water by another staff member & our server tonight Jose. We enjoyed the evening and food is always delicious. I had coffee & Jackie kept on refilling,Gerald another staff member kept refilling our water glass too. I ordered Halibut and like how the preparation, flavorful. Dessert i ordered Tartufo which remind me of our multiple trip in Italy. Very friendly staff & wonderful foods keep us coming to Spiazzo

We returned to Spiazzo because the food is good, the ambience is friendly neighborhood, & the prices are reasonable compared to downtown San Francisco. In addition, the wine list is well suited for all types of Italian food. We will, of course, be back.

Great food. Loved the 15th century recipe creamy walnut risotto. Could use a bit less oil though.

Really great neighborhood Italian restaurant, I could not recommend more. We had the minestrone, Caesar, lamb leg special, and tiramisu - all amazing and the lamb and tiramisu were really impressive.

Pasta was quality of olive garden. Over cooked under seasoned garbage. Paid 130 bucks for something i could make for $30 at Safeway. Carbonara was butter and bacon mess. Bolanesa was over cooked unflavored joke. Salad was pretty dressed soggy disaster with cisco dressing. Bread was one of the saddest things to top it all. Horrible quality
