I’m disappointed with my recent experience at MIXT on Polk Street. The service I received from a young man and a young woman was unprofessional and unfriendly. I was in uniform at the time, and I couldn’t help but feel I was being treated differently because of it. Poor customer service can really affect a business, and this experience reflected that. I genuinely hope management provides better training to the staff, as MIXT has potential but the current service leaves a very negative impression.

It's gone downhill for years. The salads are much smaller now than they used to be, although the price hasn't gone up much. That's shrinkflation. The value just isn't there anymore.

Got the barbecue bowl. The whole top was covered with BBQ sauce. It’s very plain, taste like BBQ sauce with a crunch because of the deep fried onions. Wouldn’t recommend
