Omg Smoked Guava Rum Sauce (12 oz)

Two 12-hour sous-vide italian fennel sausages, two 4-hour sous-vide eggs, buttered sourdough. We cook our sausages for 12 hours to keep the sausages incredibly juicy and moist. The sous-vide cooking technique traps moisture inside the sausage, maintaining the pink pigment so don't be alarmed if it is pinker than usual! The flavors are incredible, juicy and complex. If you happen to warm it up, please be gentle. Overheating the sausage will loose a lot of the natural juices to leak and reduce its flavor.

lemongrass chicken Banh Mi
Roasted lemongrass chicken, cucumber, pickled carrots and daikon, cilantro, jalapeño, and sriracha mayo served on a french roll. This is one of our most popular sandwiches, slow-roasted chicken thighs marinated in our housemade sauce using crushed paste(lemongrass, shallots, and garlic). We pickle the carrots and daikon radish and fold in chopped fresh cilantro, cucumbers, jalapeños, and sriracha mayo into a toasted French roll. Typically our culinary team has a different take on the food concept. But this sandwich is so delicious, we wouldn't change a thing. The difference is in the quality of ingredients and labor of love. The spiciness level is mild-medium. There is a slight kick to it but not overly spicy. Contains Fish and Shellfish in the marinade.

Ube, Coconut, Spro (espresso), Housemade Tres Leches Milk. Typically, this drink is made at other cafes completely un-caffeinated because of the difficulty in pairing spro (espresso) based drinks with ube. We were able to craft this wonderful drink with spro without loosing the personality it was when to showcase. Our milk uses a housemade tres leches milk, a combination of coconut, condensed milk and whole milk. Milk alternatives are available.

The umami bomb avocado toast was incredible -- still thinking about it days later. The salmon bagel was also fantastic. The staff was a little behind in cleaning off newly vacant tables but otherwise the atmosphere was great.

Their lattes are some of the best I've ever had. The coffee, milk, and sweetener (if you add any) perfectly balance each other out. I tried their PSL seasonal latte (Pumpkin Spice Latte) and it was phenomenal. I've also had their chicken bahn mi and some of their pastries. I highly recommend trying any of their food items. There's not much room inside to sit, but they have plenty of outdoor seating as well.

Cute vibes inside. Lots of interesting drinks -- it was hard to decide what to try! The person working the register was really patient with describing some of the drinks and making a recommendation. Additional plus is that they have some chicken treats for dogs.
