Typically, this drink is made at other cafes completely un-caffeinated because of the difficulty in pairing spro (espresso) based drinks with ube. We were able to craft this wonderful drink with spro without loosing the personality it was when to showcase. Our milk uses a housemade tres leches milk, a combination of coconut, condensed milk and whole milk. Milk alternatives are available.

I randomly stopped here with my wife for a little brunch and was surprised at how much I enjoyed my turkey sandwich. All the ingredients were really fresh. Great deli meat, the Manresa ciabatta roll was insane and so was the smoked guava (I think?) sauce. And the Mardi Gras iced coffee was delicious.

Good coffee and I enjoyed all the pastries I tried. Atmosphere is not that great (at least it wasn't at the time we went). The reason I gave a 4 for service is that the server omitted telling me that the pourover I was about to get was almost three times as expensive as the usual ones. (the price was not listed and he just said it was a new offering... I just didn't imagine it would be ~$16 for a small cup! I should have asked...)

I'm not kidding it was one of if not the best pour over I've ever had. Columbia origin, tasting like a variety of fruits and incredibly smooth with very low acidity. In my opinion it's a super hard combo to nail without feeling too acidic. Hard to nail down the fruits, berries, peaches, plum, apricot etc.
